Churchill Consulting, Inc. (“CCI”) has sold its business to Crux Quality Solutions, LLC DBA Churchill Consulting (“CruxQS”) effective August 24, 2015.
CruxQS was founded By Sridhar Yaddanapudi and Dharanipathy Rangaraj for the purpose of providing services and developing solutions for the field of radiation oncology. CruxQS is engaged in three lines of business, Clinical Quality and Process Improvement Consulting, Physics Services and Software solutions.
Deborah I. Churchill will be staying on to assist in a smooth handover of the business and completing the CY2016 release of the DIRECTREES® Coding Help Application with development assistance from the new team.
Andrea VanderWiede, as now an employee of CruxQS, will continue as the main liaison for customer service and support. No major changes are planned for the business in the short term. The new owners will be seeking customer feedback to identify how additional customer value can be created.

Deborah I. Churchill is the Founder of Churchill Consulting, Inc. Deborah graduated valedictorian of her class from the Yale Medical School, Radiation Therapy Program in 1974. Deborah was a senior staff member at Yale's Hunter Radiation Therapy Department from 1974-1989 where she also participated as an instructor in the education program at Yale. Deborah served as Department Manager at Waterbury Hospital from 1989-1992.
Deborah founded Churchill Consulting, Inc. in 1992. Deborah has been the primary author and designer of all Churchill Consulting, Inc. products which are recognized for their attention to detail and relevance to the current trends monitored in Radiation and Medical Oncology.
NATIONAL ORGANIZATION PRESENTATIONS
In addition to conducting private seminars, Deborah has the pleasure of regularly contributing as a guest speaker for the following groups: The Southern Association of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology (SATRO), The New England Society for Radiation Oncology (NESRO), American Association of Medical Dosimetrists (AAMD), American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM), Society for Radiation Oncology Administrators (SROA) and Oregon Radiation Oncology Socieity (OROS).
Deborah has conducted focused seminars for organizations that include IMPAC Medical Systems, ELECTA, MDS Nordion, Medical Technology Management Institute, .decimal, Radionics, and Global Physics Solutions.
Deborah has published articles in The Journal of Oncology Management, Advance Magazine, Medicare Part ‘B’ News, The Oncology Nursing Magazine, and is a contributing editor for The Oncology Coding Alert and The Radiology Coding Alert.
Deborah has also had the pleasure of participating in the ‘Billing Panel’ discussions, sponsored by SROA at ASTRO and SATRO.
